Small & Mini Quilt Silent Auctions
Small and Mini-Quilt Silent Auction.
There will be a Miniature and Small Quilt auctions during the 2009 Quilt show, one on Friday and one on Saturday. At each of these auctions quilts using many different techniques will be offered. There will be hand and machine pieced jewels along with paper-pieced, appliquéd, felted, and embellished beauties. Traditional patterned quilts, contemporary designs, and unique art quilts will increase the richness of these auctions. The only rule for the quilt maker is that the perimeter of the little quilts will be no larger than 72 inches.
At the conclusion of the auctions, the winning bidder will be announced during the last hour of the show each day. Monies will be collected at that time and the winning bidder will take home a great quilt! If a successful bidder has already left the show they will be contacted and after payment is received the quilt will be mailed at the winner’s expense.
