Workshop Registration Information
Fill out one form for each teacher you want to sign up for. Choose your classes carefully. Paid class fees are not refundable and you may not move payments from one class to another.
Class fees are $40 per full day class for members and $50 per class for non-members and
$25 per half-day class for members and $35 for non-members. There is a catered deli lunch available for an additional $7 . This includes a sandwich, drinks and snacks. You may bring your own lunch; there is usually room in the fridge to keep it.
If a class is full, you can be put on a waiting list by sending a message, by phone or email, with your name and phone number. We usually have a number of changes the last month before class, with registered people needing to sell their spot for one reason or another or sometimes we add a second day of the same class. Don’t give up hope!! You will pay the class and lunch fee to the person whose place you are taking so don’t send any money.
Workshops are held at the Bahia Vista Mennonite Church 4041 Bahia Vista Street Sarasota, FL 34232 unless otherwise announced. All-day classes are from 9am to 4pm with a ½ hour for lunch. Plan to arrive early enough to be set up and ready to go just before 9am. Half day classes are from 1pm to 4pm and are usually lectures so no set up is needed.
Supply lists are available on the website, www.friendshipknotquiltersguild.com. If you are mailing your registration, you can include a SASE (business sized) so you may receive your class supply list by mail. If you can’t get it from the website, there will be some available at the Guild meeting.
Your name will be listed on the website within a few weeks of receipt of your check. If you want personal verification, please email me and I will reply as soon as I get the check.
